The process of design, revision, and review is repeated as often as necessary to insure a truly unique custom home with great appeal, suited to the owner. Spec Want to set up house right away? Our spec homes have some innovative ideas. We put in the features that are most appealing to the custom home buyer. See our current available inventory and get ahead of the timeline. You still pick the flooring, carpet and paint in most cases.
